I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. I work with clients who are experiencing problems with moods, anxiety, trauma, poor self-esteem and poor self-confidence, life transitions, and spiritual needs and use a wide variety of evidence based practices. I am also a trained EMDR provider. I have found over the years that an eclectic approach works best for finding relief, and I am also able to help you find additional team members with a wide variety of specialties to address nearly every aspect of your care. Team approaches can be so valuable, so I love to use them whenever my clients want and need them.

We will definitely look for the root causes and help you heal them, rather than simply teaching coping skills. We need to look at the why behind the what and not simply put bandaids on the problems. And remember – you are not the problem; the problem is the problem. That’s what we are going to try to fix and heal.
