As a student of systems theory, I believe that nobody lives in a vacuum. We act and react to those around us, just as they do with us. This beautiful blending of souls is where tranquility is found.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety due to life changes or are feeling the heavy weight of grief upon your shoulders, know that there is comfort in telling your story. I work well with a variety of clientele and all topics are fair game. After 11 years of working with teens in the school system, I have had firsthand experience supporting youth with their academic performance and development of healthy family dynamics through life skills training.

I provide a comfortable and safe atmosphere in which we can explore deeper into your existence, your spirit, and your future self. Being highly attuned to Spirit, I can offer an alternative to talk therapy. Along with tarot and oracle cards, crystals, herbs, and essential oils, we can tap into your spiritual self with meditation and body awareness.
