My coaching practice is a manifestation of my own wayfinding journey. I know how it feels to seek a path that you cannot quite find – but there is always a way. We can find it together.

I am a “creative transformation” coach. When we transform, we move into and through a nether space between two version of ourselves – between two states of being – in some ways, we die and are reborn each time we change, grow, or evolve into a new phase of existence. These liminal spaces are places where power and magic exists.

When you know change is needed, however massive or tiny, I can help you create and manifest your intentions. And sometimes even the smallest growth can be really, really big. My role is to support you as you ease your way into a meaningful, healing, and creatively inspired personal transformation.

Together, we can walk through the dim and undefined spaces, harnessing your power to create a path of your own design, in your own perfect time. I can help you:

• Re-/discover your heart’s desired path.
• Design – and claim – the life you want to live.
• Develop health(ier) relationship behaviors.
• Integrate your experiences into your life story in ways that serve you, transforming your suffering into something beautiful.
• Re-member yourself and reclaim your life after a significant grief or loss.
• Explore and mend your relationship with Death.

Like most of us at Modern Mystics, my approaches are eclectic, trauma-informed, driven by curiosity, and draw from many different mystical, spiritual, and nature-based traditions and cultures, always with humility and open-mindedness to what resonates with you as an individual. I respect and honor all gender and cultural identities, races, religions, sexualities, and relationship/family structures – all are welcome with me.
